1. Scope of application
These terms of use apply to our tournament planner and all services associated with it.
2. Organizer of the tournaments / responsible for the content
myTMAN does not act as the organizer of the tournaments presented on the domains of the hosters. We offer our users the possibility to create and manage their own tournaments.
The respective organizer is solely responsible for the scoring and organization of the tournaments. The user who posts the content is responsible for the content.
We cannot provide any information of an organizational nature. In such cases, the respective organizer should be contacted, especially in the following cases:
- a participant is to be deregistered,
- the way to the tournament cannot be found,
- an item has been lost,
- a result is considered incorrect,
- a participant is misspelled.
3. inappropriate content
It is prohibited to make content accessible or disseminate it via the platform if and to the extent that it violates legal regulations, the rights of third parties or common decency. In particular, content that is discriminatory, populist, sexist, glorifies violence or is harmful to minors is prohibited. Our platform is intended as an entertainment platform and not as a political platform.
Advertising for other tournament planners on our site is also prohibited.
Reporting content
If you notice content that violates these regulations, you can report it at any time by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. Our employees will check the content and block it if necessary.
4. use of our widgets
The use of widgets is permitted to all registered users whose booked package includes the use of widgets. The widget code generated by our generator may only be changed with prior approval. In particular, the following measures are not permitted:
- Changing the widget content using code executed on the client side (e.g. JavaScript, CSS)
- Integrating the widgets in a way that hides the link to our site
- Integrating the widgets on a page that violates legal regulations, the rights of third parties or common decency.
- In particular, embedding on pages with discriminatory, populist, sexist, violence-glorifying or youth-endangering content is prohibited.
The following measures are also permitted without explicit approval:
- Changing the size as long as this does not hide the link to our site.
- Adjustments that our generator could also generate to ensure a uniform appearance of several widgets.
5. use of our trademarks
The use of our name requires explicit permission from us. This can be requested by e-mail.
6. condition of the software
The software is only available to users in the current version on our domains. Users agree to always use the version of the software provided by us.
The software may contain errors that impair its use or falsify calculations. It should therefore not be used in sensitive areas.We always endeavor to eliminate errors as quickly as possible with reasonable effort. Users acknowledge that our offer may not be free of errors.
Changes to the software
We reserve the right to change the software at any time in order to
carry out maintenance work,
eliminate errors,change the operation to a simple degree oradd new features.
We also reserve the right to remove or significantly change features after prior notification by e-mail to registered users. In this case, users with a paid account have the option of special termination if the change takes place within a previously booked and paid time interval.
