Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Michael Hahm, Schäufeleinstr. 7, 80687 Munich, email : [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, though this is not mandatory.

You may also submit your cancellation directly online using the cancellation feature provided in our application. You can find this feature at the bottom of this page or in the footer of the homepage. If you choose this option, we will immediately confirm receipt of your cancellation on a durable medium (e.g., via email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

If you have requested that the services begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of your exercise of the right of cancellation with respect to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the provision of services that obligates the consumer to pay a price, the right of withdrawal expires upon the complete provision of the service if the consumer has expressly agreed, prior to the commencement of the service, that the business may begin providing the service before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and has confirmed their awareness that their right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract by the business.
