One participant has canceled at short notice - what do I do now?

If a participant cancels at very short notice or does not show up for your tournament, you can adjust your tournament schedule with just a few clicks.

To do this, click on the turquoise button “Edit teams / create new tournament schedule” at the top of the tournament schedule. Click on continue in the following dialog until you see the dialog with the team entry. Now click on the delete button next to the team that has canceled. Click on continue and your tournament schedule is adjusted and you can start the tournament.

Attention: Any manual adjustments to the tournament schedule will be lost and must be reset.

What is the difference between myTMAN and other tournament planning tools?

With myTMAN you not only create a tournament schedule, but you also manage your entire tournament from the creation, distribution and sending of invitations, management of registrations, creation of receipts and of course the running of the tournament itself on the day of the tournament. All in one place, without time-consuming Excel lists or time-consuming emails.

Can I use myTMAN in combination with other software?

Yes, you can easily manage only the registrations in myTMAN, for example, and map the tournament schedule itself in another tool. However, this means more work for you, as you have to manually transfer the registrations from myTMAN to another tournament planning tool. If you create the tournament schedule in myTMAN, it only takes a few clicks and the registrations are automatically transferred to your tournament schedule.

Is there a waiting list?

Yes, as an organizer you can easily add coaches or teams to a waiting list for your tournament with just one click. This is useful, for example, if a participant cancels and you need to find a replacement.
