1Tournament master data

Please enter the tournament master data first. On the next page, you will create the tournament plan.

Important: You can give several of your tournaments the same name so that you can combine different age groups into one tournament. Later you will have the option to send an invitation link for your tournaments with the same name, e.g., "Summer Cup".
Please upload a square image if possible. Accepted file types: jpg, png, max. file size: 200KB.

Enter the year or youth of your tournament in this field, e.g., 'A-Youth' or '2001' or '2012/2013'.

 
Should the vintage field be mandatory in the online registration?

This field is optional.

Optionally select a tournament format. If your desired tournament format is not available, please send us a message (info@mytman.io).

Maximum 50. Can be adjusted later.

2Registration & Payment Settings

Choose how Teams can register for your tournament.


Select ‘Player’ if the participants should register with their name as player. Used for single-sports like tennis, badminton etc.

Select "Yes" if you want clubs to be able to register for your tournament via the automatically generated online registration form.

Select "Yes" if you want to allow registration for your tournament without creating an account. Please note that this can lead to fake registrations and spam.
Select "Direct registration" if clubs should be directly registered once you have confirmed their registration, even if you have not yet received the participation fee. Select "Registration after payment in advance" if clubs should only be registered as a confirmed participant once you have received the entry fee and marked the registration as "paid".
Only for telephone inquiries from your participants. Your phone number will only be displayed to people who will participate in your tournament. It will be hidden from everyone else. myTMAN treats your data confidentially.
Please enter the participation fees for your tournament here. If there are no participation fees, leave this field empty.

Select "Cash on site" if the participation fee should be paid on-site. Select "Bank transfer/PayPal" if participants should transfer the participation fee to your IBAN/PayPal address. Select "Bank transfer/PayPal or cash on site" if it does not matter to you how the participation fee should be paid.
